CAUSES

Dull skin tone is caused by a few factors - all of which can be resolved! Dead skin cells lay on our outer layer and unless exfoliated will stay and multiply daily! A lack of blood flow to all parts of your epidermal layers can cause a shady look. Hydration, natural oils and a clean surface is the key to a glow on the go complexion!

Chances are your dull skin and your diet are linked but your dinner choice is not what is determining your glass skin goal! You do need to wash your face twice a day for 30 seconds each time, exfoliation is key 3 times a week as is a regular detox mask. Sleeping with makeup will result in clogged pores and an even messier pillow!
